Full clean out
Every run cleared by hand, not blown onto your landscaping. Debris bagged and hauled off before we leave.
A full gutter holds water. Water sits on your fascia, freezes in December, and pulls the whole run off the house. Get ahead of it before the first hard freeze.
A $400 clean out. $250 on the plan. $49.99 to start.
2 YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN REQUIRED
Every house does. This is the same run from the top of the ladder, and it is the only view that tells you anything.
A clean out that only scoops leaves leaves the real problems up there. Every Gutters OK visit covers all of this, on every run on the house.
Every run cleared by hand, not blown onto your landscaping. Debris bagged and hauled off before we leave.
Loose hangers tightened and pitch corrected so water actually moves toward the downspout.
Corners, end caps and seams sealed before they start dripping down the side of the house.
Pinholes and small punctures patched on the spot instead of written up as a separate job.
Fascia and soffit checked while we are up there. If a board is going soft you get the photo and a straight answer.
Downspouts and underground drains flushed and checked, because a clear gutter into a blocked drain still floods.
No games with the pricing. Here is what the work costs, what it costs on the plan, and what you pay to start.
Two year agreement required. Exclusions may apply.
Sixty seconds on a real Tulsa roofline in October.
Because we would rather earn two years of your business than win one clean out. The $49.99 gets us on your roof once so you can see how we work. After that the plan rate is $250 a visit instead of the $400 one time price.
Your home gets measured and the price is calculated from that number, so a larger house costs more than a smaller one. You get your exact price in writing before anything is scheduled, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
Some conditions fall outside a normal clean out. Three story access, heavy roof debris, and damage that needs replacement rather than repair get quoted separately. If we run into one we stop and show you before doing anything.
Gutter problems show up slowly. Four visits over two years means we see the same house across two full seasons of leaves and two winters, which is when a soft board is still one board instead of a whole fascia run.
Then your fall visit is faster. The plan is built around the calendar, not around how bad it looks on day one.
Tell us where the house is. We measure, confirm your price, and put you on the fall schedule.
